Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between pixelads.ru (the "Service") and the user accessing the website pixelads.ru.

By using the Service you confirm that you have read these terms and accept them in full.

2. Description of Services

The Service provides social media promotion: followers, likes, views and other engagement metrics on the platforms available in the catalog.

The Service acts as an intermediary between the user and service providers. It is not affiliated with the social networks and does not intentionally violate their rules.

3. Registration and Account

Registration is required to use the Service. The user agrees to provide accurate information and is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential.

The minimum age for registration is 18. One user may have only one account.

4. Payments and Balance

Services are paid for by topping up the account balance through the available payment methods. Balance funds are not electronic money and may only be used to pay for the Service.

5. Refunds

Balance refund. An unspent balance may be refunded upon written request to [email protected]. Requests are reviewed within 7 business days.

Request window. A refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the top-up. After that period no refund is issued.

When a refund is not possible:

• the funds were spent on completed or running orders;
• the order is "In progress" or "Completed";
• more than 30 days have passed since the top-up.

Partial completion. If an order is only partially completed, the funds for the unfulfilled part are returned to the account balance.

Refill. For services with a guarantee: if the numbers drop within the guarantee period, a refill can be requested from your account.

Technical failures. If an error on the Service's side makes an order impossible to fulfil, the funds are returned to the balance in full.

6. Guarantees and Limitations

The Service fulfils orders as described in the service description. The Service is not responsible for changes in social network algorithms that may affect the result of already completed orders.

7. Prohibited Actions

The user must not:

• use the Service for unlawful activity;
• create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions;
• use automated systems to interact with the Service without permission;
• resell the Service without a corresponding agreement.

8. Privacy

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Data is used solely to operate the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

The Service may change these terms unilaterally. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of them.
